• Monitoring & Reviewing
• Final Touch-Ups & Completion

The budget and timelines are stated in the general contract, signed by all parties involved. We do our best to stay on stated budgets and timelines. However, the only time when the targets are not achieved accurately is due to bad weather conditions or irregular material delivery times.
